The positive impact of design

Changing the world brand by brand

Since I began my career within brand design I was acutely aware of the positive impact design had at various levels, emotionally, psychologically and physically. From making something understandable, down to earth and easier to follow; a delight to use or read; through to generating a feeling of being cared for, understood and valued.

Every piece of design work I create has a purpose first and foremost. I use my creative tools to express and communicate each purpose and value by distilling the brand story through every detail. It has been something so innate to the way I’ve always worked so this personal aspect needed to shine through, hence rebranding under my own name back in 2018.

Over the last 12+ years it has always been ‘the purpose’ that’s been the driving and defining force. Directing and carving my path and specialist niche. Having worked with a variety of organisations large and small, the main unifying core that resonated throughout gradually became more and more apparent as my business evolved. This unifying core element was a real sense of purpose.

A purpose to:

  • make a positive difference
  • do good within the community and our world

Charities and organisations who:

  • put people first
  • want to inspire
  • make a positive change in others lives
  • improve our mental health and wellbeing
  • protect our wonderful planet

And are purely passionate about what they do.

It’s the work that goes on behind the scenes of these organisations that’s truly astounding and needs to be told. This is where branding comes in to full strength. Through these internal workings and glimpses, no matter how raw or irrelevant they may initially feel to the various team members, is where the passion is found.

And it’s from here that your brand story gains life and form. Contact me to communicate your story; your values, mission and vision, and discover the positive impact design can have for your organisation.

Design to tell your story.
